Stillborn

John and Sarah,

We are so sad as we think of your hearts,

So tender and hurting and beat.

A baby you’d hoped for and prayed you could have

And forever in your family keep.

We don’t have the answers

We can’t stop the pain

But we know that The Father is near.

He’ll hold your sweet baby, caress, and keep safe

Till you come to take care of her there.
